We hold weekly appointments in our Bozeman office. Currently, there is not a set schedule. Please call or check our website and Facebook page for updates and current clinic schedule.
The fee for the appointment is $150* and we accept cash or credit cards as payment. There is a $4 fee added for cards. (*This number is subject to change)
What You Need to Bring:
Please bring your Montana
ID as well as any relevant
medical information to your appointment. This includes medical records,
prescription bottles, x-rays, MRI results, disability paperwork and any
other type of medical record that you have available that will help us to understand your condition(s).
